為辦理本署「99年度地下水觀測站井汰舊換新及維護工程」、「彰雲地下水補注計畫-99年度觀測站井建置工程」，確保觀測井及抽水試驗井之施工建置品質，爰辦理本計畫執行前開鑿井工程計畫之規劃、調查試驗及監造工作，除辦理先期規劃工作外，另將地下水觀測站井建置過程中涉及之站址勘選、水利建造物申辦、井體鑽探設計、水文地質分層判釋、管徑材質選定、水文地質試驗、觀測儀器系統規劃、井體維護、井體攝影成果分析、水質檢測、座標高程測量等工作內容進行規劃設計、調查試驗、監造及審核，本計畫執行完成後，期能將觀測井及觀測儀器移交河川局管理，以繼續進行台灣地區地下水水文觀測及各項水利、水質試驗，達到水文資料收集之目標。

Abstract The areas in effect for groundwater monitoring well replacement and maintenance this year (2010) are Zhuoshui River Alluvial Fan(consists Changhua County, Yunlin County, Nantou County), Jianan Plain(consists Tainan City, KaohsiungCity), and Pingdong Plain(consists Pingtung County). From Water Resources Agency’s annual plan on maintenance of the groundwater monitoring well and their survey on regional hydrological geology in the effective area, they point out there are Xihu , Fangyuan, Xiangtian, Quanxing in Changhua and Liyu in Nantou(above belong to Fourth River Management Office), Citong,Donghe, Hou』an, Hefang,Beigang, Annan in Yunlin(above belong to Fifth River Management Office), Rende in Tainan and Xinda in Kaohsiung (above belong to Sixfth River Management Office), Qifeng,Wenfeng,Fanliao, Dexie,Chaozhou in Pingtung(above belong to Seventh River Management Office), totally 42 wells in 18 different locations, that need replacement or reparation of the well and its measurement equipment. This report contains the full execution process of the maintenance work this year. As a result, the acts being done are summarized below: 1. Replacement of 26 wells in 11 locations in Zhuoshui River Alluvial Fan. These include 14 wells (5 locations) in Changhua and Nantou. The depth for well digging in this area is 1218 meter in total, and the length of the pipe used is 1855 m in total. Another 12 wells ( 6 locations) in Yunlin are also included, which has the total digging depth of 994 m and the total pipe length of 1392 m. 2. Replacement of 5 wells in 2 locations in Jianan Plain. The digging depth in the area is 414 m in total, and the total pipe length used is 712 m 3. Replacement of 11 wells in 5 locations in Pingdong Plain. The total digging depth in the area is 1116 m, and the total pipe length is 1200 m 4. Construction of 20 well station houses. There are 19 traditional well station house, 1 flat well station house, and 2 artesian well station house. 5. 38 sets of pressure transmitter with data logger were bought to measure water level. 30 out of the 38 set are kept for future use. 6. Maintenance of the existing monitoring stations: including to improve the utility of the well station house and renew the local stratigraphic information. 7. Conduction of related experiments such as water quality test, local hydrological measurements and analysis of the constructed wells. These above actions improve the quality of groundwater level measurement system and will enable River Management Office to realize the attempt to observe groundwater stratum by stratum. The stations will be hand over to River Management Office after this maintenance work to continue the monitoring plans.
