頭前溪隆恩堰為供給新竹地區民生及工業用水之重要水源，民國93年因受艾莉颱風侵襲造成部分堰體產生毀損，雖於民國95年完成損壞部分之修復，然而新舊結構參雜不同設計標準，加上台鐵新竹內灣支線、高鐵及新竹聯絡道過河橋樑將於隆恩堰上、下游設置橋墩，將導致堰體區域之水理異常複雜、水流更形紊亂，大為提高隆恩堰再損壞之風險，因此經濟部水利署北區水資源局辦理隆恩堰現址補強工程，以提高堰體供水之穩定性。 本報告為隆恩堰現址補強工程之竣工報告，內容包含主要施工項目及數量、施工佈置、施工經過及進度，並針對品質管制與環境保護及安全衛生之事項進行說明。

Lung-En Weir is the important source for Hsin-Chu Area. Some parts of weir were damaged by Aere Typhoon in 2004 and repaired in 2006. However, the weir constructions had different design criterion between the past and repaired constructions, and the piers of railroad, high speed railroad, express road are going to be constructed near the weir. They will induce the complex hydraulic condition in the weir vicinity that increase the risk of damage once again. So WRANB executes “ The Strengthen Engineering of Lung-En Weir Project ”for steady water supply. This report is As-Build Report about “The Strengthen Engineering of Lung-En Weir Project ”, including major construction items and quantity, construction layout, progress of the construction process. Finally, we also describe for the quality control , environmental protection and industrial safety during construction.
