本計畫主要目的係針對石門水庫颱洪期間監測高濃度之水砂運移特性，發展適合石門水庫防淤課題的數題的數值模式，配合北水局規劃設計案及本所進行物理模型試驗之檢定驗證，以釐清入庫水砂在水庫內之運移、沖淤和分佈的情況，據此擬定並評估石門水庫的防淤策略，提供北水局積極推動防淤策略之參考運用
