近年來，大台中地區需水量急增，石岡壩供水角色日益吃重，而本局每年度均辦理相關水利建造物之安全檢查以及相關單位研究成果，依據該成果辦理相關設施改善工程，另因石岡壩週邊等相關設施長久營運，亦有老舊破損情形須辦理改善，以維石岡壩壩體安全及供水功能運轉。因改善工程工作事項涉及土木、水利、機械電機及環境景觀等相關專業知識及設備，為改善之完備及確保水庫安全；擬委由技術顧問機構或事務所執行，辦理改善工程之設計、發包及監造等業務，爰提本委託技術服務計畫書。

With the professional knowledge and capabilities of the professional consulting company, we carried out the 2012 shigang dam facility maintenance project, the 2012 shigang dam facility improvement project, and the 112 Annual shigang Barrage civil construction facilities emergency repair and rescue project (opening Contract) and other temporary assigned projects, after design and supervision, the structural safety of the water conservancy structures under the jurisdiction of shigang dam facility and the normal operation of water diversion functions.
