綜合各種清淤方法,採用水力排沙是最經濟有效之方式,若能利用於颱風豪雨期間,在水庫底孔排砂設施有調節放水需求時,透過擾動作業提高設施前方水域之含砂濃度,倘擾動後可產生大量高比重渾水,形成近似異重流現象,並維持長時間之高濃度渾水排放,整體排砂效益將更形顯著。
經由擾動方法將已具備黏滯性底泥擾動成小體積碎塊,再透過排沙方式將高水沙比的懸浮水體,藉由洪水搬移到壩體下游河道,達到水庫清淤的效果,若持續運作將能保持有效的水庫庫容,維持水庫永續經營的目標。
英文摘要
Tseng-Wen Reservoir is the largest reservoir in Taiwan located between Chiayi country and Tainan city. It is the most important water resource facility for Chianan plain. Unfortunately, the Tseng-Wen Reservoir was suffered from the sediment disaster during 2009 typhoon Morakot. It cause the 9,108 m3 capacity decrease. Therefore, the project is aimed to explode the water gel explosive in silt of Tseng-Wen Reservoir. The extent of disturb is measured. The result shows that it is possibility to removal the sediment by the explode scheme designed in this project.
Two explode procedure are designed, namely sinking method and drilling method, respectively. In sinking method, water gel explosive (4kg or 6kg) is embedded in the sandbag (40kg), and the sandbag is sink into silt before explode. In drilling method, after drilling through the silt, and the water gel explosive (15kg or 20kg) pass through the casing and reach the sediment before explode.
The result of measure shows that a cave of 2,281m3 is created after explode test carried out by sinking method, 14 sets of sandbags are exploded, water gel explosive are embedded in one sandbag. The range of disturbance is teach to a depth about 30m in the sediment after explode procedure of drilling method. The result of the exploding test is further used to design the procedure that create a 12km channel in the Tseng-Wen Reservoir. The channel would promote the discharge of silt through the Desilting tunnel or PRO.
