本計畫目的為執行102年度鯉魚潭水庫安全監測資料之收集分析，並進行土木結構物、水工機械及機電的檢查，以確保水庫安全。

Located in the mid-stream of the Jingshan River, Miaoli County, the Liyutan Reservoir (the Reservoir) was completes and initially impounded in 1992. It features a 96m high earth-fill dam (crest 235m long and dam volume 3,560,000m3) and a 303.6m long zigzag spillway, with a designed and discharge capacity of 2,300cms. In order to carry out the safety management of the Reservoir, monitoring instruments/facilities had been installed at the dam and ancillary structures. This project was to monitor and analyze the readings of the monitoring instruments/facilities. In addition, this project also incorporate the regular safety inspection and special inspection as stipulates in the Regulation for Hydraulic Structures Inspection and Safety Evaluation into the project implementation.
