民國88年921地震，造成石岡壩壩體抬昇10~11公尺，而右岸三道溢洪道錯動破損後，雖以圍堰方式進行緊急復建供水，雖因石岡壩排洪斷面減少，惟經復建迄今營運正常。惟兼顧石岡壩設施安全及下游河道穩定，經濟部水利署中區水資源局辦理本委託計畫，研擬石岡壩可能之排洪排砂改善方案，再以各方案之排洪排砂機能、設施改善成本、效益、供水影響等面向，綜合評估比較，擇選最佳方案。
英文摘要
After 921 Chi-Chi earthquake in 1991 Shih-Kang Dam was uplifted about 10 to 11 meters and, moreover, three spillways closed to the right bank were damaged. Because of the decrease of the cross-sectional area, the capability of sediment flushing and flood releasing water were reduced. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to propose the possible plans to maintain the function of water supply, flood control and flushing of sediment from Shih-Kang Dam.
