為因應本署暨各所屬機關日漸龐大之資訊設備與流量，同時確保重要系統異地備份備援機制正常運作、提昇本署系統弱點掃描、漏洞修補、病毒防治以及網路相關設備之管理支援與服務效能，爰成立資訊管理中心網站之建置工作，以適時提供資訊管理等相關訊息，提昇相關問題處理效率及提供管理決策支援參考。

「經濟部水利署暨各所屬機關資訊管理中心網站建置計畫」旨在應對日益龐大的資訊設備與流量，並強化跨單位機房管理、資安防護及重要系統維運。此計畫由水利署資訊室委託凌群電腦建置，目標是透過一個資訊管理中心網站，整合現有監控系統，提供數位儀表板以視覺化呈現機房運作狀態、網路流量、主機效能及資安風險。網站具備即時異常告警（E-mail、簡訊）功能，並整合弱點掃描、漏洞修補、病毒防治、ITIL系統及SOC月報。此舉旨在提升問題處理效率、確保系統順利運作及業務永續經營。
