集集共同引水工程計畫於90年完工,91年起集集攔河堰正式邁入營運階段,營運期間環境管理監測作業始自民國91年底至110年,為掌握斗六堰水域生態環境變化情形及魚道使用效益,須持續辦理,為及早因應,掌握平時之變化,以維護營運期間之下游水域環境,延續營運期間環境監測工作,爰擬本計畫。

1. From 2006 ~ 2024, research on the efficiency assessment of fishway of Dou-Liou Weir had been executed for 19 years, and had accumulatedabundant ecological investigation data. After modification in 2008, the effectiveness of the fishway had great improvement. The fishway is undercontinuous monitoring, the monitoring data is an important reference for evaluation of the effectiveness of the modified fishway, and for longitudinal study the function of the biological corridor.2. There are total of 1,873 individuals of 26 species of fish, and 493 individuals of 5 species of shrimp and crab recorded in Qingshui River in current year. More detail information as listed below: 879 individuals, belong to 17 species of fish, and 69 individuals, belong to 2 species of shrimp were recorded at the Upstream monitoring site of Dou-Liou Weir; 184 individuals, belong to 16 species of fish, 15 individuals, belong to 3 species of shrimp and crab were recorded at Dou-Liou Weir Fishway; 99 individuals, belong to 15 species of fish, and 66 individuals, belong to 4 species of shrimp and crab were recorded at the Entrance of Dou-Liou Weir Fishway; 693 individuals, belong to 20 species, and 343 individuals, belong to 4 species of shrimp were recorded at the Downstream monitoring site of Dou-Liou Weir. 3. The dominant fish species recorded at Dou-Liou Weir were Sinogastromyzon puliensis (26.1%), Onychostoma alticorpus (21.7%), Acrossocheilus paradoxus (11.5%), Opsariichthys pachycephalus (9.1%). For dominant fish species recorded in each monitoring site: Sinogastromyzon puliensis gained the majority at monitoring site of Ustream of Dou-Liou Weir. Onychostoma alticorpus gained the majority atmonitoring site of Dou-Liou Weir Fishway. Opsariichthys pachycephalus gained the majority at monitoring site of Entrance of Fishway.Sinogastromyzon puliensis gained the majority at Downstream monitoring site of Dou-Liou Weir. The dominant shrimp species recorded wasMacrobrachium asperulum. Statistical results revealed that the major aquatic animals were indigenous species of Taiwan. The investigation results also showed that amphidromous fishes, crabs and shrimps could utilize the biological corridor. A-24. From the statistical data of population distribution and size, and from observation data of hydraulic properties of the fishway reveal that theDou-Liou Weir fishway works well, and has positive impact for Dou-Liou ecological corridor. Currently the biodiversity at Dou-Liou Weir is abundant, the fishway works effectively and is sufficient for aquatic animals migration. Therefore the habitat near Dou-Liou Weir could be rated as fair.
