臺灣第一座多功能大型水庫—石門水庫，從歷史、技術、社會 經濟及族群人文等各面向，對臺灣均具指標性的影響及意義，且已 榮獲 ICOMOS NL 頒贈全臺首面「水文化資產守護盾」，表彰其文 化資產價值的國際肯定；石門水庫之 環境教育緊密貼合場域資源特色，以「水文化」為核心，讓參與者 透過環境教育課程，覺知所處地方水環境的艱困，進而關切環境， 轉為愛水的行動。 2015 年，聯合國宣布了「2030 永續發展目標」（Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs），SDGs 包含 17 項核心目標，透過細項 目標與指標，指引全球共同努力、邁向永續。水利署在政策 上呼應 SDGs，運用新思維與新做法，致力循環水資源與友善水環 境的氣候行動；並藉由多元溝通與跨域合作，形塑水利產業願景與 契機。此外更透過創新科技研發與智慧水管理，讓治水及供水作業 更精準即時且契合人民需要，為後代子孫打造韌性永續的優質家園與美好生活。 本局依循水利署政策整合資源透過環境教育推動的水資源永續、水文化 傳承能被社會大眾理解與接納，預計透過本計畫的執行與推動，逐步落實與發揮成效。

This project was aimed to promote the quality of environmental education in Shihmen Reservoir. Project outcomes were described as below.1.Improve environmental education learning programs. Evaluated learning effectiveness of the "Sixty Years of Shimen Reservoir" course through pre-tests, post-tests, and delayed tests, showing significant knowledge and behavioral improvements lasting over a month. Revised six existing learning programs, collaborated with University of Taipei to integrate innovative activities, and cultivated future environmental educators.2.Create environmental interpretation systems. Installed bilingual signs on three trails (Maple Park Trail, Mt. Shihmen Trail, Xizhou Park and Mt. Xizhou Trail) featuring traffic and resource information and maps. Added 6 interpretive signs for hydraulic facilities.3.Promote environmental education in Shihmen Reservoir. Hosted 19 activities with 539 participants, achieving satisfaction rates above 4.7/5. Organized a green tourism event with 30 participants, highlighting reservoir tours and the community DIY workshop.4.Maintain environmental education quality through personnel training. Hold environmental education training workshops for Northern Region Water Resources Branch and environmental education teachers.5.Promote environmental education partnership. Hold Routine meetings for the Tamsui River environmental education facilities and venues alliance. Hold environmental education activity with AUO GreenArk.6.Support administration affairs of environmental education in Shihmen Reservoir.
