本教案為配合水環境計畫，推廣區排水環境保育理念並結合地方特色教育，將過去民眾參與區域排水環境營造計畫之成果進一步擴大分享及加值應用，因此藉由與國小合作，以本所區域排水生態及水質調查相關出版品為教案資料來源，經水利人員、生態人員、公部門等跨領域成員共同討論及藉由邀請學校師生及家長參與「踏水尋溪」現場生態體驗之方式，進行「水邊樂校」教案參與式創作，以利將區域排水生態環境教育向下紮根。

In line with the water environment plan, promoting the concept of drainage environment conservation and combining local characteristics education, the Water Resources Planning and Research Institute of the Ministry of Economic Affairs conducted the“Review and Prospect of Regional Drainage Public Participation” in 2019, the experiences of regional drainage plan to further expand and sharing the value-added applications.
