本署因應水環境永續發展,藉由關鍵技術產業本土化及擴大產業內需市場的策略,配合產業行銷手段,爭取水利產業海外商機,刺激更多的產業廠商投入市場,形成良性循環圈,積極推動國內水利產業的創新發展。
本計畫除延續107年推動重點「智慧水務產業」與「再生水產業」等二類水利產業類別之推動成果外,鑒於國內水利產業創新市場正蓬勃發展,爰擴大推動範疇至水利新創產業,藉以引入創新觀念結合現有推動成果,以產生更具經濟價值的商業模式。而在產業發展策略部分,藉由市場調查方法,檢視國內水利產業估算產值之分布與代表性,以充分瞭解相關廠商分布、能力與競爭優勢。藉由前開產業分析,推動國內優勢異業產業結盟,並視本署業界水利科技專案補助規範推動情形,辦理業界水利科技專案補助行政作業,經由結盟與輔導來促成廠商合作與互補。
另為提升產業行銷能力,也將辦理相關產業、市場拓銷經驗分享、技術媒合、人才訓練及產業人才供需調查等,以培育產業環境及人才競爭力,並瞭解人才供需差異,藉以提高國內水相關之系統、技術、設備等產業之市場競爭力,協助國內廠商擴大國內市場並進而開拓國際市場。
國內水利產業多為中小企業,較為欠缺產業行銷管道及概念,因此提供適當的行銷管道,藉由市場行銷手段擴大國內市場,並透過籌辦台灣國際水週及參與國外產業展覽方式與國際產業多元交流溝通,積極行銷及拓展我國水利產業,打開國際市場的商機。
英文摘要
The purpose of this project is to development of the water environment. Through the localization of key technology industries and the strategy of expanding the domestic demand market, it cooperates with industrial marketing to strive for overseas business opportunities in the water conservancy industry.
This project has completed "defining the scope of the water conservancy industry", "collecting and constructing a database of manufacturers’ yellow pages", and "calculating the output value of the water conservancy industry". Among them, the industrial category is developed by the X-Y axis of the water conservancy engineering industry value chain and water cycle. The analysis of the overall manufacturer distribution area, capital amount, business projects, customers and other data analysis, and plan to participate in TIWW Industry Alliance according to this plan. The foundation is in the industry category and the yellow pages. The systematic analysis process of this plan is to calculate the output value of the water conservancy industry in 2007.
Industry Innovation Promotion is in cooperation with the Foreign Trade Association to handle the first Taiwan International Water Week (TIWW) event at Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1 and the International Convention Center on September 26-28. The plan handles the Water for the Future Summit & Expo 2019. The exhibition attracts 52 companies and 102 booths. The three major projects are "Smart Water Management", "Advanced Water Treatment" and "Water in our Life". Thematic exhibition, more than 4,500 manufacturers from 40 countries visited the exhibition.
Industry International Marketing deals with the Jakarta International Water Engineering Exhibition and Discussion in Indonesia, the Bangkok New Product Exhibition and Discussion in Thailand, the London Industry Visit and Exchange in London, and Telaviv in Israel. Four international marketing invitations invited about 26 manufacturers to attack in an alliance manner, and to discuss cooperation opportunities.
