本年度以新北、基隆、臺北、桃園及新竹縣市為計畫區，將現行淹水潛勢模擬之數值模式，進行地文資料之強化更新與各項參數之細緻檢校，以供未來即時淹水模擬演算技術研發與下階段淹水潛勢圖繪製之所需。

The field Investigation and update the model physiographic information data should arrange regular executed. The program is conducted in two phases. The first phase: supplementary information to the survey and update, including the field Investigation and update of physiographic information, the catchment range delineated and the physiographic data review and update. The second stage: 1D numerical model refinement and update, including Rain Water Sewer System refinement and update, 1D numerical model update.
