台灣河川坡陡流急、沖淤劇烈,常有河道變遷與河岸沖刷問題,進而影響堤防基腳或護岸之穩定與安全,如本局管轄之後龍溪銅鑼護岸河段、芎蕉灣河段等,有河岸沖刷潛勢、堤防與護岸重複致災等問題。惟目前在河岸沖刷之保護工法,常見者包括丁壩、蛇籠、拋石、消能塊等,其施工不便且費時又未必能達到最佳效果,因此研究新的保護工法有其必要性。此外,隨著物聯網時代之來臨,透過動態監測技術之資料擷取及通訊能力,連結實體物件與監測數據,進行各種控制、監測、預警及管理等。
台灣過去在河岸沖刷保護工法之相關研究中,因缺乏合適之動床數值模式,多以水工模型試驗進行探討,對局部流場與沖刷機制之研究尚嫌不足。隨著先進二維與三維動床數模之應用趨於成熟,利用數模配合現地河岸保護工之規劃設計,以物聯網整合動態監測與數模,有其推廣之應用價值。爰此,成立本委託計畫。
本計畫以後龍溪銅鑼護岸河段為研究對象,進行河岸保護工之規劃、設計與試做,再整合物聯網與動態監測相關技術,利用二維與三維動床數模,進行河岸保護工布置區域局部流場與沖刷模擬驗證,並檢討河岸保護工之布置原則、材料與形式等,以作為河川治理規劃之參考。
英文摘要
Steep slope, high flow velocity and severe bed changes are the characteristics of Taiwan’s rivers. The bank erosion in alluvial river often causes scour near floodplain area and channel meandering, then it may make the embankment collapse, fatalities and property damages. Tunglou embankment is located in Houlung River, which is one of the central government controlled rivers. Although there already existed bank protection works to protect the lives and properties of the residents along left side of Houlung River, some of the bank revetments were collapsed due to floods in recent years, and should be repaired from time to time.
Iowa vane is submerged under design flood condition and also called submerged vane, which was developed by the University of Iowa, USA. The Iowa vane is economic and high efficiency for bank protection. There have been many successful cases abroad. It has the value of its research and application in Taiwan’s rivers. With the advent of the Internet of Things era, it is needed to apply the real-time and dynamic monitoring system to link physical objects and monitoring data for early warning and river management.
In this study, Tunglou embankment, Houlung River is selected as the study site. Cooperating with the construction of the field site protection works reconstruction project, the Iowa vanes are planning, designing and trialing in the field. The Internet of Things with real-tine monitoring system are carried out, including image, water level and scouring depth monitoring. The 2-D and 3-D mobile-bed model are also used to simulate the velocity distribution and morphological changes near Tunglou embankment, Houlung River to understand its flow field and erosion and siltation mechanism, as a reference for river governance planning.
