圖書典藏及影音數位平台

本計畫整合水文觀測系統、監視系統、水質與水庫安全監測系統等加以改善增加遙控功能，將水庫安全監測、營運、水庫水情、水質監控等相關資料以IOT(物聯網)方式，將資料傳輸至水庫管理單位雲端所建立之水庫資料中心，以利納入後續發展建置「多目標水庫智慧營運與管理」系統，創新並優化水庫營運管理，以供水庫安全與營運管理決策之用。 藉由改變現有傳統監測系統量測方式，配合物聯網新技術之整合與開發，達到監測與傳輸原件之微型化(MCU及MEMS感測器)及無線化，監測與傳輸系統模組化，以達相關監測與營管數據雲端化，以利建構水庫營運管理與安全監測智慧型整合管理平台。 為驗證前述智慧管理理念可行性，本計畫將整合國內產業研發製造技術與系統整合能力、成熟資通訊技術與基礎建設，以及豐富經驗水庫營運管理等多元能量，以牡丹水庫為智慧管理功能測試示範場域，由對牡丹水庫現況及新增各項觀監測資料格式、傳輸及彙整統計分析，以初步建構我國多目標水庫智慧營運與管理框架及智能化運作機制，藉由市場需求導向帶動相關產業技術整合與研發生產之發展，進而奠定擴拓國外智慧管理市場基礎。

In response to the operational management needs of multi-target reservoirs, the project further integrates hydrological observations, monitoring of dams and related facilities, monitoring systems for water quality and reservoir safety, and had added the remote control function, so that the monitoring data of reservoir safety, operations, reservoir water conditions and water quality to transmitted to the reservoir information center in the cloud in the form of Internet of Things (IOT). In conjunction with the establishment of a decision-making support model to develop and integrate the "multi-target reservoir intelligence operation and management" system, it is hoped that it can reduce the cost of observation, enhance the observation density, frequency and reliability, and provide a long-term reservoir operation decision-making with this project. It is also expected to intuitively, conveniently and quickly display the related observation and decision analysis results for the management unit as a decision-making reference.
