本署於105年度辦理之委辦計畫，分為水資源綜合業務、水權與地層下陷防治、水資源保育、水利政策與法規、水利產業與經濟、水源開發及利用、河川海岸與區域排水、資訊與水文觀測、水利工程與災害防治等九大類，各項委辦計畫成果豐碩，擬編纂委辦計畫成果摘要彙編，並辦理成果發表會，與各相關之產、官、學界進行成果分享，並對外宣傳及展現本署105年度委辦計畫豐碩之成果。

The purpose of this project is to integrate and present to the public accomplishments of projects commissioned by the Water Resources Agency (WRA) in 2016. A total of 292 projects are included in the "2016 Water Resources Agency Commissioned Projects Accomplishment Summaries (including commissioned projects registered in the commissioned project management system of the agency in and before 2016 with contracts ending before December 31, 2016, or commissioned projects before 2016 not recorded in compilation over the years due to special reasons but are completed in 2016), with the investment of about 890,000,000 dollars and 3,609 staff. And there were 49% of the projects taking full advantage of the research achievements in reality. It could show that the achievements of these projects becoming more practicable. The Accomplishment summaries will be compiled into books and distributed to related agencies for collection. The “2016 Commissioned Projects Accomplishment Presentation of Water Resources Agency” was held in Feng Chia University, Taichung, on June 20-21, 2017. There were 12 papers selected for presentation, and 40 posters were be demonstrated at the same time. The main focus of the presentation was “The Key Power in Water Field”, and it was also the 70th foundation anniversary of WRA in 2017, the Presentation was organized with the five feeling experience and many interactive experiences. The Projects Accomplishment Presentation attracted almost 443 people including both professionals and publics, meanwhile, got more and more people interested in water resources joining this event with us by the Internet. With the two major tasks of this project, units within the Agency might re-confirm the contents of the results to improve the accuracy and quality of water conservancy knowledge. Through the presentation of project results, important water conservancy achievements may be shared with the outside world; thus rapidly spreading water conservancy knowledge, assisting national water development trend, effectively using water resources, and promoting the work and professional studies of disaster prevention system. For WRA, through the consistent review process, the quality of project results may be enhanced and the innovative thinking of knowledge management of WRA can be improved. Project knowledge can then be transformed into organizational knowledge, and thus the overall operational efficiency of the Water Resources Agency and competitiveness can be boosted.
