溫泉資源資料為溫泉管理之重要科學依據,為落實溫泉資源總量管制,建立溫泉區之監測系統,乃為一不可或缺之重要工作。但伴隨著科技的進步,監測系統已發展為可即時紀錄與回控管理。因此,本計畫冀由此項科技發展,對於溫泉區總量管制問題,能有效控管與即時反應泉量、泉溫不足問題。此外,由於智慧水管理屬新興科技,在於應用上仍屬理論,為免未來貿然投入高額智慧管理監測系統,由於民眾配合度不佳,或所得資訊管理應用不佳等問題,爰本次先提初步規劃案,從設備規範、監控管理作業流程、管理系統軟體整合,以及法規修正、檢討等四部分整體規劃。本研究目的在於規劃建構溫泉區溫泉水自動管理系統,有效且即時監測地下水位與溫度變化,並結合溫泉資源管理模式,隨時掌握資訊,必要時能合理分配溫泉抽取時間,並以大數據分析溫泉資源保育經濟效益評估,永續溫泉產業。
英文摘要
The monitor information of hot spring resources has always been an important scientific basis for hot spring management in Taiwan. The establishment of hot spring monitoring system and management platform is the most important work for the hot spring conservation. With the upgrade of science and technology such as ICT and IT, water resources monitoring system has developed a real-time record and feedback control functions. The ICT in the water resources management will be applied for the total control of hot spring, real-time response to the spring amount, temperature and the other problem. Therefore, the equipment specification, monitoring pipe system operation process, system software integration and regulatory were investigated in this project.
The program was planned for the Wise Management System, which includes:
(1) Importance of the construction of the Wisdom Hot Spring Management System
There are three problems in the of hot spring resources management include:
1.The basic information of hot springs is to be supplemented.
2.The basic information of hot spring access and measurement is insufficient.
3.Hot spring resource management should be adapted according to local conditions.
In this project, the " Wisdom Hot Spring Management System" was built and will address the benefits of the sustainable use of hot springs.
(2)Data collection and analysis
1.We have completed the collection of the literature about water resources intelligent monitoring system application. Through the real-time recording method to accurately measure the amount of pumping and understand the user’s pumping behavior. The data will be aggregated to an information integrated platform, which will be used to achieve the real-time monitoring and management.
2.We also completed the survey and analysis of the specifications of the hot spring measuring equipment on the market. The applicable metering equipment can be selected according to its diameter, spring temperature and quality.
(3)Planning and management of the Hot-spring Wisdom Management System
The Hot-spring Wisdom Management System was planned with a warning function of the management system. In the process, we planned the construction of four subsystems, the Database subsystem, Simulation Analysis subsystem, Index subsystem and Decision-making subsystems.
(4)Regulatory review
We completed the regulations of the various stages of the operation of the hot spring control system and reviewed the existing laws and regulations. We also reviewed the current hot spring access rates and proposed a scheme for the classification fee for hot spring intake.
(5)Small demonstration area simulation
The Sz-Chung-Shi hot spring area was selected to construct a small demonstration area simulation. In the area, the hot spring wells of public bathroom and the Da-sun resort were constructed for intelligent monitoring system. The data was transferred with the electronic records and wireless transmission to the intelligent analysis platform for statistical analysis. We can immediately figure out that Hot spring pumping behavior. This is an important reference that can be used as follow-up hot spring control implement.
