為配合「淡水河水系大漢溪支流三峽河通洪能力檢討及土砂因應對策研擬(1/2)」計畫之資料需求，辦理此斷面加測及地形測量工作，包含三峽河河川區域之外業測量工作、地籍圖整理與數化作業，以使作業所需相關資料完備，俾利後續治理方案研擬工作之執行推動。

For the further data requirement and river remediation plans executing, The 10th River Management Office has conducted this project to acquire the digital topography data of Sanxia river and its branch, Heng river. The scope of this project is from the confluence of Dahan river and Sanxia river to the river boundary point of Sanxia river as well as from the confluence of Sanxia river and Heng river to the river boundary point of Heng river. The content of this project are relavent map data collecting, aerial images purchasing from Forestry Bureau Aerial Survey Office, E-GNSS control surveying, river cross section surveying, topographic surveying, ortho photo and DEM producing, stereo plotting, cadastral map purchasing. The Strong Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. provided a bonus service of newly aerial photos and point cloud acquisition due to the latest aerial photos of Forestry Bureau Aerial Survey Office were taken in 2015. After aerial triangulation, the value-added products as digital topographic map, Ortho photo and DEM can then be generated. Furthermore, for the 35 cross sections from the important river segments, the cross section surveying is implemented. The results can be used as an important data to analyze the situation of in situ.
