圖書典藏及影音數位平台

計畫摘要：本署為配合國土資訊系統發展政策，於101至104年度分別辦理『圖籍資料庫系統維護計畫』，將所轄中央管河川圖籍、海堤圖籍、排水圖籍與地政機關地籍圖結合，並透過網際網路提供與地政機關地籍圖相同精度的圖籍查詢服務，包括「圖籍綜合查詢系統」、「行動版圖籍查詢系統」、「河川圖籍重製作業查詢系統」等，供本署河川管理、治理規劃及環境敏感區位查詢等參考應用，成效良好。另外「河川、排水及海堤圖籍產製輔助應用程式」，提供中央管河川圖籍重製作業製圖使用，在河川區域劃定及檢討變更擔任重要數值化重要角色；並於104年度建置完成「河川大斷面測量資料庫系統」基本功能開發，將歷年河川大斷面測量成果資料整合。為提供更廣泛之圖籍資訊服務，並由圖籍系統繼續擴充維護圖資及應用功能，期使達到更符實際之管理績效，以符業務使用需求。

The map information of the Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs is closely related to public interests. In recent years, they committed to assisting units in the implementation of various business. Integrating the information of river maps, drainage maps and seawall maps and establishing all the latest maps in a single integrated platform will make all users accessing the maps’ relevance easier, managing rivers, drainage, seawalls more efficient. Through the years and gradually establish, whether map database application internet query systems, stand-alone version of map production application, or map query system for mobile devices bring a considerable degree of convenience for the managers or users of maps in on-site construction survey and executive management.
