為使溫泉資源永續利用，近年來本署已逐步建構溫泉監測井網，以實際了解各溫泉區溫泉泉溫、泉質及水位狀況，本計畫擬針對既有溫泉監測資料進行更有效的管理與加值處理，包括監測數據自動化處理與圖表輸出、監測資料加值分析，以強化監測資料處理效率，並掌握溫泉抽取與補注水量之關聯性。同時本署近年辦理各縣市溫泉管理工作查核，其中縣市政府溫泉資源監測及管理工作有待加強，本計畫擬對縣市政府承辦同仁及業者進行溫泉監測系統建置規劃與自主監測相關輔導與協助。

For the sustainable use of hot-spring, this project aims at managing and utilizing the monitoring data of hot-spring more effectively and productively. Basic works include automated processing of monitoring data, graphical output, value-added monitoring data analysis, and correlation analysis of pumping and recharge. At the same time to strengthen the hot-spring management of city and county government, this project assist both officers and hot-spring owners to establish a monitoring system and collect the data actively. There are 25 hot-spring areas in Taiwan, in which 9 areas are included into the hot-spring monitoring system, and now this project assists new Taipei City and Kaohsiung City Government to construct monitoring system. The past works on hot-spring management and reservation of government,Water Resources Agency and relevant units are collected. The database system has imported all the monitoring data, and the management system also developed. The time line of groundwater level and temperature can be automatically plotted. Signal analysis technique is applied to the monitoring data of Jiaosi hot-spring area. The results show steay rise-and-fall pattern of water level both in a day and in a week, which is dominated by domestic water use and hot-spring tourism industry. The temperature and groundwater level are positive correlated. Four pumping types are the main water usage in Jiaosi: domestic water, spa hotels, base development and large hotels.
