本計畫預計辦理保護區內露營區、餐飲溫泉業、禽畜養殖場、公墓等排放或下方區域水質及本局因業務需要指定地點或突發緊急事件採樣監測，以便瞭解個別定點之水質情形，作為水源管理之參考。

Hsintien River Qingtan Water Supply Protected Watershed areas ( Hereinafter referred to as the protected areas ) are serving drinking water resource of greater Taipei area with 5 million people. In order to understand the possible sources of contamination within protected areas; in addition to tie in with the implementation of the relevant conservation and management measures of water resources; improved water resources conservation work, the Taipei Water Management Office, WRA( Hereinafter referred to as TWMO) promotes a project “ Hsintien River Qingtan Water Supply Protected Watershed Designated Water Quality Sampling and Testing (104 )” ( Hereinafter referred to as the project). This project has completed water quality monitoring of various locations such as camping area, hot spring restaurant, livestock farms, cemeteries and community, and regular water sampling and testing of certain fixed locations. The project has completed 191 stations periodic water sampling work, 309 stations specified location water sampling work. Regular water sampling results of a good job this year, 9 points does not meet its standards by effluents, compliance rate was 95.3%, shows that most sewage treatment facilities are all operating normally. The project has completed 309 stations specified location water sampling work, with 258 points is in line with the TWMO (burst or continuous monitoring of waste-water treatment, support BMP / LID facilities, support LID facilities of deer farms, etc.), 51 points is for pollution monitoring (Spa , restaurants, farms, etc.). Pollution monitoring results of a good job this year, 4 points does not meet its standards by effluents, compliance rate was 92.2%, shows that most sewage treatment facilities are all operating normally. The water quality improvement recommendations for sites that do not meet water quality standards are as follows: 1. For orthophosphate exceeded, it is recommended to adjust the mode of operation to improve its orthophosphate removal. 2. For pH exceeding , it is recommended to adjust the dosing methods to improve their performance. 3. Tai-Chi-Dien and Urn- Zhuangzhuang-Chi have sewage treatment operating problems, may be no operation is discharged. In addition to strengthening inspection by the New Taipei City Environmental Protection Agency, the TWMO should strengthen counseling stores, strengthen their wastewater treatment operating techniques to maintain water quality. 4. Sen-Chang-Ban landfill should be included in future monitoring priorities, continued to observe the changes.
