圖書典藏及影音數位平台

針對旱溪排水系統作全盤之檢視與分析，同時建置基本資料蒐集、外業測量、通洪能力檢討及研擬改善對策及配合旱溪排水治理工程之實施有其急迫性等評估。亦完整提出總合治水、兩岸環境保育與營造之策略。

This project hopes to upgrade drainage area function to provide platform for public participation for pushing environmental development. The input and opinion form the public is gathered through the process of public participation to ensure project feasibility that fulfills metropolitan demand of leisure activities. This project also enhance acknowledgement from people towards water drainage environment to channel public consciousness to follow-up future maintenance management that can alleviate government management works. Thus, this project can be a role model of environmental development for other related government branch. The public participation process mainly was done by community discussion and visiting related government branch to perform survey questionnaire to understand public needs. The issues of public concern from survey results mainly are: 1.Very bad water quality that in need of improve. 2.Lack of hydrophilic environment and facilities. 3.Insufficient leisure and activity space. 4.Path and connections were not planned as a whole. 5.Notification mechanism of public participation of management work was not clear. The vision of environmental development of Han-Chi Drainage is "Ecological Green River". With premise of flood safety, the ecological environment is to be retained then carefully implement leisure activities. This project also reference the success of Cambridge plan (Guoguang bridge to Jishan bridge), combined with Cianjhu Zone Expropriation and Dali Urban Planning, uses the idea of cross zoning integration management to strengthening local environmental characteristics and improve appearance.
