為全力推動省水標章制度，鼓勵消費者選用省水產品，落實全民效率節水並促進業界研發省水器材，並使目前市場上已具省水效能之產品納入省水標章產品，以擴大省水產品之範疇，並持續辦理省水標章審查作業，核發符合省水標章產品規格之證書；同時辦理申請省水標章衍生之檢測費補助及鼓勵民間參與省水技術研發等相關工作推動，提升省水標章普及化，落實「三全」節水運動，共同創造節水型社會，爰辦理本計畫。
英文摘要
The purpose of this project is to assistant Water Resource Agency to promote the Water Conservation Mark system and to encourage the people to select water-saving products and to realize water-saving efficiency by people and to enhance water -saving equipment research by industry. This project will also assist the certification of Water Conservation Mark products and issue the certificate for qualified products. In addition it will complete the management of application operation about the subsidy of testing fare for Water Conservation Mark products and encourage the application about water-saving technology research by people or companies to upgrade the popularity
