本計畫擬於104年度施做二次淤積測量工作,預計於104年汛期前後,以多音束測深儀量測水深,水面上以航拍技術配合空載光達(LiDAR),製作庫區數值地形模型及數值高程模型(DEM)等,量測範圍為EL.235M並再往外推100公尺水平範圍,應涵蓋水庫兩旁台三線道路,並包括大壩及溢洪道至落水池為止。並進行水庫容積計算,以比較了解歷年之淤積情形。
英文摘要
TsengWen Reservoir built in upstream of TsengWen River. The main objective is regulation and making full use of water resources of TsengWen River. TsengWen Reservoir not only works to improve and expand of irrigated farmland in Chianan region, but also possesses with hydroelectric Power, water supply system and flood control, etc. The large amounts of sediment was transposed to storage from the reservoir by flood since it has been storaged and through several typhoons and heavy rain. This situation will result unfavorable effect on the operation of the reservoir. In order to execute silt dredging and watershed management effectively, so this plan uses Airborne-LIDAR and Multibeam to conduct data collection, which are with high accuracy and high density. According to the result of analysis of erosion and siltation, this plan becomes the foundation of dredging engineering and watershed management etc.
There are several main tasks in this work project, including: (1) Reservoir sedimentation surveying below the submerged line, (2) Airborne-LIDAR surveying above submerged line, (3) Aerial Photogrammetry for TsengWen Reservoir, (4) Digital Surface Model (DSM) and Digital elevation model (DEM) of the reservoir, (5) Reservoir volume calculation, and (6) Laser scanning in the dam area. The survey area of tasks is from the equilibrium level 235m extend 100m in horizontal direction, including both sides of Provincial Highway No.3, the dam, spillway and reservoir pool. Survey job above the submerged line measured in 2015.04 and 2015.10 (added value survey) ;below the submerged line measured in 2015.04 (before the flood period)and 2015.10 (after the flood period).
The results of deposition measurement in 2015.10 (after the flood period) indicate that the total storage capacity of the TsengWen reservoir (EL.227m) is 46,800.854104 m3, dead storage is 0.005104 m3 and effective capacity is 46,800.849104 m3 that is about 74.15% of planning effective capacity of TsengWen. Based on 1973’s data, the siltation of TsengWen for total storage capacity is accounted for 37.47% till 2015.10. The result of total storage capacity from 2015.04 to 2015.10 is less than 2015.10 by 613.433104 m3, which means the accumulation of siltation in average is 659.279104 m3.
Review the results of storage area and storage capacity in 2015.10, they increase than 2015.04 by 17.269ha and 35.125104 m3.
