高屏溪經歷年整治,現有防洪設施已具規模,各主要地區已獲得保護。為考量部份河道沖刷現象之影響,實有必要進行完整水砂平衡評估。且由於近年氣候變遷劇烈,河口輸砂特性已深受影響,且高屏溪河口之海岸線亦有逐年退縮之現象,惟受限於專業之研究人力及現場觀測之困難,有關高屏溪河口輸砂及一般沖刷資料甚為缺乏,故有必要針對全流域之產砂、河道輸砂量及河床穩定趨勢進行更深入探討,以暸解河道輸砂特性對於近海岸之影響,以供未來權責單位辦理後續各項河川治理、環境規劃及管理設計工作之參考。
英文摘要
The sedimentation of the south side Pingtung of the Kaoping River in last ten years is located between of the YanPu Fishing Harbor and Donggang River Estuary. The facility of the Zhenhai and JiaLian village detached breakwaters has been working very well and the back of detached breakwaters is mostly appeared sedimentation. The erosion is obvious showed between the left side of the Kaoping River and YanPu Fishing Harbor. In addition, between the north side of Kaoping River and Kaohsiung seaside is also appeared sedimentation. A numerical simulation analysis of coastal morphological changes that considered sediment transport of a 100-year recurrence interval of the estuary(S incident wave) revealed that the sediment transport of a 100-year recurrence interval of Kaoping River and Donggang River caused by a high flow rate caused sediment accumulation at the external side 20m deep in the water between the Kaoping River Estuary and Donggang Harbor. The reason of the erosion was observed between the south side of the Donggang Harbor and Zhenhai Park Dapeng Bay which is Kaoping River, Donggang River and Dapeng Bay concentration of tributary flows northwestward to the Kaoping Canyon. Moreover, the Kaoping River and Donggang River Estuary unable to nearshore sediment supply is affected by Donggang River south side detached breakwaters. Shanwei Fishing Harbor and Linyuan outfall have the congenital location affected Kaoping River’s sediment transport. This project will use the method of the diffusion to simulate the result. It can predict the wave even from south side or west side and show that Shanwei Fishing Harbor and Linyuan outfall will appear sedimentation because the large flow Kaoping River resulted in a sediment accumulation.
