本計畫為辦理秀姑巒溪環境數值資料產製計畫，以秀姑巒溪水系為計畫河段範圍。計畫河段以航拍技術製作正射影像、DEM及土地利用現況圖，立測地形圖，資料蒐集則以秀姑巒溪水系流域範圍為原則，各產製及蒐集處理之數值圖資成果供納入「中央管河川三維網際網路地理資訊系統」應用。以提供後續辦理秀姑巒溪水系治理規劃設計、流域經營管理及流域環境自然生態保育與環境營造之應用。
