圖書典藏及影音數位平台

本局「業務資訊服務網」提供資訊整合、單一簽入之便捷服務，各表單線上申請及管理、緊急應變小組系統、水情資訊系統、無線檔案傳輸管理系統、會議行事曆管理系統，已成為常態例行且不可缺少之作業平台；另「全球資訊網」兼負本局機關介紹、業務介紹、水情資訊、為民服務、政府資訊公開、公民參與、全民督工…之功能，確保本局「業務資訊網站及全球資訊網站」穩定運作，實為維持本局業務執行與推動上之所必須，爰此，擬執行「103年度業務及全球資訊網站維護及功能擴充」計畫。

The “Operational Information Website” of the South Region Water Resources Office, WRA, MOEA provides services including information integration, convenient Single Sign service, online application and management of various application forms, emergency response team systems, water resource information systems, wireless file transmission management systems, and meeting calendar management systems, and has become an integral platform of routine operations. In addition, the Global Information Website is responsible for functions such as agency introduction, operation introduction, water resource information, public service, release of government information, citizen participation, and public supervision of the South Region Water Resources Office. The stable operation of the Operational Information Website and the Global Information Website is a necessity in sustaining the operations and promotions of the South Region Water Resources Office. The primary work items and content of this project is: to sustain the smooth operation of Operational Information Website and the Global Information Website; assist in handling all operations of the Operational Information Website and the Global Information Website; the system function upgrades of the Operational Information Website; and the establishment of the “The History of South Region Water Resources” and “Water Resources Education” areas in the Global Information Website. This project implements the system function upgrades of the Operational Information Website in compliance with the demands of each operational unit, improving the efficiency of administrative operations and operational promotions of the South Region Water Resources Office. In addition, “The History of South Region Water Resources” and “Water Resources Education” areas will be added to the Global Information Website to elevate the public recognition and affirmation of the operations of the South Region Water Resources Office, while also appreciate the efforts and strategies of the government in solving issues related to water resources in daily life.
