台灣地區自民國84年推動地層下陷防治執行方案以來,已累積多年的地下水位及地層下陷監測資料,且亦已建置多口分層監測井,提供每月所累積之地層下陷壓密與月地下水位變化資料。近年來部份測站的地下水位呈現未明顯下降趨勢之週期性震盪變化,但地層下陷量卻仍緩慢的增加。有鑑於地下水位變化與地層下陷量呈現複雜關係,水利署最近已進一步利用光纖光柵,進行更完整的地下水位及地層下陷監測。因此,有其必要分析光纖光柵所得之地下水位觀測資料,及檢核與校正地層下陷觀測資料,並進行不同量測方法所得地下水位及地層下陷觀測資料之比較與探討。此外,亦有必要依據地下水位及地層下陷監測資料,藉由建立一套由國人自行發展之多含水系統黏彈塑性地層下陷數值模式,解析台灣地區地下水位變化造成的複雜土壤變形機制。並且亦可藉由引入地下水變化不確定性之概念,進一步結合不確定性模擬方法,完成考量地下水位變化不確定性地層下陷機率數值模式之建立與應用測試,以期能更合理地預測地層下陷量。
英文摘要
In this study, the one-dimensional coupled viscoelstic-plastic land subsidence numerical model in multilayered aquifer system is developed and examined using various hypothetical cases and two in-situ cases. The outcome reveals that the simulated results are consistent with the measured data in the two in-situ cases. Comparing the data of groundwater level measured by Fiber Bragg Grating and the other measuring methods, the results are no evidently different between the Fiber Bragg Grating and traditional piezometer. However, more measured data are necessary to distinguish the difference between the Fiber Bragg Grating and the multi-layer compaction well objectively.The measurement range using Fiber Bragg Grating is limited, and the cost of correlated acquisition equipment is much higher than others. Nevertheless, the design of FBG installation is inconsistent with the mechanism of the true ground subsidence in field. Therefore, the manual reading of magnetic subsidence ring is still recommended, but the stability of manual measurement is concerned as processing.
