本委託計畫旨在定期保養和維護設置於天花湖水庫計畫壩址處之3部強震儀，使之維持正常運轉功能，而持續收錄地震資料；並就所收錄之地震資料加以分析，做為大壩工程設計之依據。

The purpose of this project is to routinely maintain the three strong motion seismographs located around designated dam site in Miaoli County, and keep them in good operational condition for recording earthquake ground motion. The recorded ground motions are analyzed for reference of dam design. The annual report includes the process and result of data analysis. The items of this job are：(1)Strong motion seismometer maintenance observation.(2)Strong motion records data analysis and archiving.(3)Patrol and report of regular for personnel (1 time per week).(4)Job brief bulletin and report write.
