經濟部水利署北區水資源局於95年度起即陸續辦理石門水庫集水區高精度、高解析航測數值圖資建置計畫，並積極結合地理資訊，推動石門水庫三維網際網路整合服務平台，提供石門水庫集水區正射影像、豐富向量圖資與各機關單位服務介接資訊。為達成水庫永續利用之目標，本(103)年度延續101至102年計畫，辦理「石門水庫集水區地理資訊系統圖資更新及維護計畫(1/2)委託專業服務」。 藉由計畫執行，可達到持續維護圖資，應用系統查詢與分析目的；再透過石門水庫集水區工程管理行動APP開發，結合工程管理、快速定位與照片拍攝上傳機制，提供更新工程紀錄使用。此外亦進行石門水庫生態服務資訊網內容之改版，引用本局及外部資源之生態調查成果，應用網頁地圖與互動設計開發技術，提供庫區周遭之景點與生態物種之實際分布資訊。 本年度計畫已順利完成，並透過教育訓練課程，讓人員熟悉三維地理資訊系統之重點功能及工程管理APP之各項操作。另外於計畫執行期間，有15項協助與配合辦理之工作，包括參加環境教育宣導活動、石門水庫五十週年慶祝活動等，均充分應用專業技術、機具、系統等成果，對外提供服務講解與說明展示。

Since 2006-2009, The Northern Region Water Resources Office of Water Resources Agency (WRANB) handle high-precision and high-resolution aerialphoto build plan in Shimen Reservoir and its catchment area. With the implementation of the plan, WRANB also first build three-dimensional geographic information system(3D GIS), using cloud technology to promote the integration of Internet service platform. 3D GIS provide high-precision images, vector map data. To reach reservoir sustainable use, the (103) annual continuation of 101-102 years of plan, for "Shimen Recervoir GIS System Update and maintain plans service (1/2)". This project is divided into two annual plans, this year is the first implementation of plans. The project execution have achieved target of work, the foregoing operations are completed successfully handled through education and training courses for relevant staff are familiar with key case Shihmen reservoir functional three-dimensional geographic information system operations, and the Shihmen Reservoir project management APP operation. Also during the execution of this project, there are more than ten working with handle, including participating in environmental education outreach, Shihmen Reservoir fiftieth anniversary celebrations. External service provider to show to effectively promote the project results achieved quite good response. The future is still relevant systems operation and maintenance promote sustainable conduct.
