為辦理重要河川環境營造計畫相關資訊之發布並處理相關計畫業務之需，透過本署全球資訊服務網站、易淹水地區水患治理計畫專屬網站、石門水庫及其集水區整治計畫專屬網站、永續公共工程專屬網站、曾文南化烏山頭水庫治理及穩定南部地區供水計畫宣導網站之功能擴充及維護工作，期使網站能持續符合無障礙環境及行政院研考會相關規定。

The purposes of this study are to coordinate with the relevant major plans of the Water Resources Agency in order to continuously maintain its related website, expand the website features, and adjust the website architecture to provide high-quality and stable IT services. After implementing this program, the website functions will be updated through 11 projects as shown in the following list: 1. Update the latest backstage news nodes to enforce website construction and the QR Code upload field, adjust the foreground focal news, and present the latest website news and RSS services to enhance multi-marketing applications. 2. Add a list of public hearings nodes, query function, and cross-site search services of all units to allow browsers to access information quickly and extend the query resources. 3. Link up the commissioned management plan-related information system to the commissioned projects of the Water Resources Agency’s Global English Network to enrich the English website content. 4. Increase the Suggestion Box’s link function for incoming confirmation letters and email replies to reduce the chances of wrong inputs and improve process efficiency. 5. Increase the link display of weather information and reservoir-related information in the page content of each reservoir to strengthen website affinity and richness. 6. Synchronize the releases of public hearings messages on the latest news bulletin to enhance the effectiveness of government information disclosure. 7. Adjust the versions of current web APP download clauses, the column pages on the engineering plan information list of academic research versions, and the tab link effect of the audio/video site to improve website browsing convenience. 8. Establish the Suggestion Box, Communication Site, Opinion Poll, and other information with encrypted transmission channels to strengthen the transference security of personal information. 9. Coordinate to adjust the Water Conservancy Geographical Information Services and the API project of Web Map services to enhance the accuracy of cross-site information. 10. Establish different Home Version effects during drought and flood periods to present design integrity and strengthen business priorities, adjust mobile website project content to display it in a dynamic information brick manner, and enhance real-time and affinity of mobile carrier browsing. On the backstage, a file upload duplication competency mechanism is provided to simplify the authorized operating procedures. 11. Establish a mandatory report logging management mechanism to effectively control the real-time report back schedule, and introduce the invalid link inspection mechanism to ensure the accuracy of site links While enhancing site security and conformity to the relevant criteria section of the Research, Development, and Evaluation Commission, Executive Yuan, the missions of this program will also be to perform relevant inspections in accordance with the Water Resources Agency’s “Information-related System Development Considerations,” and to ensure that they will meet the relevant regulations of the “Web Accessibility Development Specifications” and “Government Website Version and Content Management Criteria.” The aims are to maintain normal operations of the entire website system and improve the quality of web services. In addition, in order to update and enrich the WWW contents of Water Resources Agency and its subordinate organizations, it is also vital to continuously organize the site assessment activities to improve the site’s richness and application benefits. Only then can the website be used to strengthen its public interaction services with the help of satisfaction survey analyses and pursue better website service quality. The final goal is to achieve maximum efficiency of government resources.
