臺北水源特定區管理局執掌水源特定區之水資源維護及管理工作。近年來因氣候變遷，對自然環境造成嚴重衝擊，致使天然災害頻傳，而災害發生後更常因交通中斷或地形因素，致使人員無法即時深入現地勘災；為強化防災監測，加強水源區環境監控機制，冀藉由無人飛行載具其高機動性、高解像力、不受交通或地形條件限制之優勢，進行必要的環境現況調查觀測與災情資訊蒐集，以提供防救災規劃及治理決策參考。

The plans were handled UAV aerial operations 4 disaster areas and 6 areas of focus of governance, with high resolution orthophoto production and digital elevation model results, the scope of the mission area to provide disaster calibration collapse area and earthwork estimates, real-time information on disaster , focusing on governance projects and save the image ratio on the results for future disaster planning and management decision-making.
