本計畫擬藉由國內區域排水整治環境營造案例調查與分析結果，以提出與水利工程相結合之植生保育計畫，並編撰「區域排水環境營造棲地植生保育技術參考手冊」(草案)，俾提供區域排水規劃設計之參考。

The effectiveness of the regulation and environmental construction in local drainage areas could be understood through the investigation of habitat species and habitat assessment. The vegetation conservation engineering and technique require permanent experiences and location-based planning. Aiming at the regulation and environmental construction cases in domestic local drainage areas, the vegetation majorly applied to environmental conservation is organized to formulate the habitat vegetation conservation technique and analyze present situations, problems, and improvement of current environmental construction for the planning, collocation and management reference of the habitat vegetation conservation for the environmental construction of local drainage.
