本署於99年度辦理之水資源科技發展、一般行政、水資源企劃與保育、水資源開發與維護、河川與排水管理及河川海岸及排水環境營造等委辦計畫成果豐碩，擬編纂委辦計畫成果摘要彙編並辦理成果發表會，對外發表本署99年度執行各項委辦計畫之相關成果，並冀由與會專家之討論與建議，協助本署掌握符合時勢之水資源政策發展趨勢及其未來施政之規劃方向。

The 2010 WRA, MOEA Commissioned Projects Accomplishment Presentation at the international conference hall of National Cheng Kung University on September 15th and 16th showed the concrete achievements of the commissioned projects and shared experiences to the participants for communicating, exchanging and further applying the concepts of those researches results to promote the standard of water-related technology and knowledge exchange in the professional field. The presentation of 2010 WRA, MOEA Commissioned Projects Accomplishment, including 45 speeches and 11 main issues, was once stressed by the President, Mr. Chao-Yih Chen of Sinotech Engineering Consultants Inc. in giving a keynote speech entitled “History to Create Water & Look Forward to The Future of Water”. His speech gave a guideline and new thinking of the future water plans to the water conservancy engineers and specialists. This presentation with the demonstration of 55 posters in the conference attracted 374 participants and was highly appreciated. Besides, a summary of 2010 WRA, MOEA Commissioned Projects Accomplishment, incorporating 337 abstracts of commissioned projects achievements, is also to be published. The project team also had full communication with the organizers and invited professors and exports to analyze the commissioned projects showing the concrete achievements and the research results.
