臺北水源特定區之範圍涵蓋新北市之新店、烏來、石碇、坪林、雙溪等五個區,集水區面積廣達717平方公里,約佔新北市行政區域面積的1/3,轄幅十分廣闊。臺北水源特定區管理局為有效掌握大台北地區之水文情勢,陸續於轄區內之南勢溪及北勢溪流域設立水位流量站,以自記水位計監測即時水位,並以人工方式施測流量,以持續長期監測本特定區河川水位及流量之變化趨勢。
隨著現今水資源之日益缺乏,集水區內水量之精確掌握愈顯重要;正因如此,長期而完整流量資料之蒐集則愈發為關鍵要素。然觀諸臺灣地區之河川特性,平常時期流量資料之量測已然曠日費時且極為不易;而高水位時期之流量量測,人員須曝露於危險環境下,更加深資料收集之艱難。惟可幸者,低水位時期之流量量測技術已漸臻成熟,故可進行持續而長期之流量監測;若資料數據之穩定性係經可靠驗證,則其量測頻率應可視情況酌予降低。
本計畫為延續性之流量監測計畫,整體時程為期3年。隨著3年計畫工作之執行,將可進一步蒐集臺北水源特定區完整之雨量及流量資料、率定及校正各測站之水位-流量率定曲線、掌握本特定區內河川之輸砂量,並持續更新既有之水文資料庫。本計畫之研究成果,將有助於台北水源特定區整體之水文情勢分析,且可作為往後工程設計、水理研究及分析及水資源管理之重要依據。
英文摘要
Discharge measurements and suspended-sediment sampling of the seven stream gaging station in the catchment protected by the Taipei Water Management Office were made at periodic intervals, usually one to two times per month. The discharges of two locations (Bihu Station of Daiyujyue Creek and Pingguang Sation of Pingguang Creek) wrere measured, and data of flow and water quality were integrated. The standard operation procedure of quality assurance and quality control was established to guarantee the collection of precise and accurate hydrological data before update on the hydrological database.
Discharge measurements were made at each gaging station to determine the discharge rating for the site. Discharge measurements were made by wading with Flow Tracker and ADC. For flows that cannot be safely waded, the cups and OTT current meter were operated from a bridge. The method applies an mini ADP to collect the velocity profiles during high water period. This project was getting 10 high flow records in this year. The rating curve can be correction by those records. Additionally, Suspended-sediment concentrations was determined from samples collected by DH-48 and D-74 samplers
Some important execution results of this project were summarized as follows: The river cross-section measures were doing four times. The cross-section is change a little in this year; With the acquisition of high-flow data. The rating curve was verified; Suspended sediment concentration in the Nanshih Cheek is much higher than Peishih reiver.Runoff and rainfall of Nanshih and Peishih Cheek smaller than previous years in July、 October、September and November. Only in June and August rainfall and the flow were significantly increase. But, runoff and rainfall of Nanshih lower than previous years.The results of this project will help Taipei Water Management Office master overall rainfall and flow discharge, and other related hydrological situation and the future of the region can be used as the engineering design, research and analysis of water grounds and water resources planning and management an important basis.
