圖書典藏及影音數位平台

為永續使用「臺北水源特定區經營管理應用平台」及提升同仁應用層面，故以本局業務為導向，以現有之經營管理應用平台為基礎，經由使用者之回饋，提出本功能擴充及維運計畫。計畫預計整合本局自動水質測站（水源橋、攬勝橋、屈尺）遠端攝影監控功能，期能於本平台即時觀測並掌握現場自動水質測站狀況，並進行系統功能擴充，針對本局污水下水道業務，進行污水廠污水放流即時流量連結、建置污水審查流程管理功能及與完成本局與污水廠代操作廠商會議處理狀況回應功能，以提升污水下水道管理業務效能。亦配合本局新設之福山自動水質測站，進行水質即時面板之更新，另針對2012年最新之衛星影像進行土地利用變遷分析，以了解水源區內之土地變化趨勢。此外，配合雲端科技發展，行動化技術逐漸普及，本計畫預計開發臺北水源特定區經營管理應用平臺行動版系統，期能隨時運用本局經營管理平台多年所建置之成果，擴大本經管平台之應用面，增加經管平台之使用率，最後，輔以維護更新計畫，期使本平台能維持最佳使用狀態，協助同仁解決業務上之需求，以提升行政效率。

The scope of this project was proposed based on the existing platform and feedbacks form system users which through reviewing the framework of the platform, and considering the real condition of affairs executing. There were three directions for expanding the functions of platform, which are affairs expansion, i.e. sewage management, land use changes, camera image of in-situ station integration, and mobilization, i.e. illegal land use investigation system, mobile platform of management and application , and maintenance, i.e. regular testing plan, training plan etc. In this project, the information service from inside and outside have been integrated into the platform for assisting affair executive, which improve the information sharing, and the efficiency of system. In addition, the mobile system assisted the managers to manage their affairs more flexible, which increased the comprehensive benefit of this platform.
