本計畫之委託目的，係以整體規劃方式，有系統的以分年分區方式進行地下水觀測井之井體清洗維護保養，並以井體攝影之手段，檢核該井體清洗、維護保養之成效；除整合前數年本署已委託辦理觀測井之井體井況資料外，並藉本計畫之執行，以井體攝影分析、滯留水水質檢測分析與長時距地下水位分析等技術，分區提出標的之觀測井即時水位可靠性分析，另依分級制度之精神，研擬觀測井清洗及維護保養之頻率、方式與具體做法，以維持觀測井正常功能增加其使用期限，更可確保地下水觀測井水位資料可靠性，以提供國土保育復育相關措施或工程、防災因應及管理措施執行之重要參據。

According to “Groundwater monitoring network plan in Taiwan area”, the cleaning and maintenance of groundwater monitoring network are one of the important issues. For the constructed groundwater monitoring well, this project picks 152 wells to evaluate the current well information and decides 30 wells to detect the well problems by video to furthermore wash well. The efficiencies before and after well-wash were also checked. Besides, the projects will propose the strategies for future management plan. This project screens 30 wells to conduct the well-wash, and 26 of them are in good shape which can be used; two of them are in bad shape which cannot be used anymore due to scaling, corrosion and deformation, and need to be replaced. According to our video information, 56% of them are listed as class I, which can be regularly used by maintenance, 35 % o them are listed as class II, which can be used by furthermore well-wash and 9 % of them are in bad condition, which needs to be rebuilt. According to the past groundwater monitoring image, water qualities, water level and current situation, the project proposes the management plans and strategies for the future to maintain the proper function of these monitoring wells. This project suggests keeping groundwater monitoring well-washs, establishing feedback system on maintenance and renewing old monitoring well to enhance the facilities and environment of the groundwater monitoring station.
