「水權管理支援系統維護與建置」計畫為因應最新資訊及網路環境、法令規定的改變，及維持全國水權資料庫的完整性，對水權管理支援系統及資料庫作持續性的維護改善。 水權管理支援系統從建置至今，經歷數年維護計畫及功能增補，系統程式架構與目錄、程式碼撰寫、資料庫格式都缺乏統一及明確的規則；加上現今網路發達，網路攻擊層出不窮，各式因應資訊安全的系統安全掃瞄工具產品因應而生；為了符合資訊安全的規範，本計畫除維護水權管理支援系統，同時進行水權管理支援系統改版建置作業，系統改版建置工作期限預計為期2年。 目前，全國共有29個水權主管機關，業務承辦人使用之水權核辦各相關系統均為Web Application，伺服器則置於經濟部水利署，為使水權核辦各相關系統運轉順利、加強水權資訊的安全與控管以及配合本署資訊發展政策和水權核辦業務需求，特辦理本次系統維護及系統改版計畫工作。

In addition, in response to water rights support system is the most widely used in the water rights data management system（namely Verify of Water Rights Support System）, such review current data structure and system processes, while simultaneously strengthening information security and audit of the data changes, and use the new Web development and data base management techniques to develop new systems, the establishment of the information rich and use convenient operation interface, and collect the correct and complete to water-related data for subsequent development of water resources management policy. Expect by annual plans and results, the implementation of the new and the old system in the convergence of data related to water, can be carried out smoothly and without affecting the original operating procedures in order to establish an accurate, complete and convenient water management support system.
